Difficulties When Signing In

When i sign into Windows Live Messenger im finding that when i click on someone's name the whole page freezes and i can't click on anything, and the only way i can get out of the page is to right click on the Windows Live tab on the taskbar and go to close.

I can get onto all other things connected to the internet. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Thanks and please reply ASAP :)

I've been having the same problem for the last couple of days.... I've tried rebuilding messenger but its had not affect. Colleagues are having the same problem too..... I know it doesn't help you but at least you know you're not alone.

hi,

im having problem with my msn messenger when i sign on, it lets me sign on but then it freezes straight away, those website for rescurces u have dont help me at all, is there any other way to fix this.
