Install Sept ctp

I am using team suite beta 2 (.44 build) and installed the sept. runtime, sdk, and vs extensions on 2 different machines, but the WWF projects never show up in the New Project dialog. Also opening a sample (DocumentReview) tells me that the "project type is not supported by this installation".

Can you clarify which SDK and VS extensions you're referring to? Are you referring to the VS Extensions for Workflow or for WinFx? Are you referring to the SDK for WinFx or Windows Workflow Foundation?

Thanks for the clarification.

i did not see this. this should fix it

Yes, you need to also install the VS Extensions for Windows Workflow Foundation. The "Microsoft Visual Studio Extensions for WinFx CTP" only installs the extensions needed for the Windows Presentation Foundation (aka "Avalon") and the Windows Communication Foundation (aka "Indigo").

Also, note that the installation for the VS Extensions for Windows Workflow Foundtion also includes the Windows Workflow Foundation SDK. Here's the information from the download page: "Here you can download Beta 1 of the Microsoft Visual Studio? 2005 Extensions for Windows Workflow Foundation. This includes the Windows Workflow Foundation platform components that are required to execute workflows, it also includes the SDK for developing workflow applications and it includes the Visual Studio 2005 designers for workflow. "
I hope this helps.
