I'm seeing here that when I launch the VS debugger on a workflow project, just setting up a couple of breakpoints into the code (not the designer), VS will always open up the Task List and Toolbox windows on the debugger. Even if I close them down, as soon as I launch the debugger again they pop right back up.
Is this intentional, or a bug? It's annoying :)
