Default User Startup Registrykey

Dear all,

I have a problem with the setup of application. The Installer make a registry entry ("string value") under "HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" with the executepath of my application. XP copy all entries under this key to this key ("HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run"), if is a new user account creating.
Vista doesn't copy this entries.
Why? Exist a alternative? Workaorund?
