Editing order data in Customer and Orders Manager

One of our client's requirements is to be be able to have staff manually change the order status of the order forms and line items using the Customer and Orders manager.

Can this be done "out-of-the-box" or do we need to change the source code?

Hey Chris,

You cannot manually change the order through the Customer and Orders Manager, out of the box. If you need to be able to do this, you will have to modify the source code. As an alternative, you could use the Commerce Server 2007 BizTalk Adapters to modify an existing order.
