Adding assemblies to Global Assembly Cache

Hi,

I have tried adding a signed assembly to the global assembly cache on Vista Beta2 using both gacutil.exe and drad n drop in windows. However, I always get the message 'Access denied' and that you need Adm,inistraive privlages, even though I have administraive privalges and even get the same error when logged in as an administrator!! Is there something I'm missing?
