Can't recognize a user control

Hi,

I have a user control devloped to dispaly the information in a calender fashion. The funcrion of this control is to draw the date and time slider with the graph along with it. Bu this control is not recognizable with one of our tool.

Can any one please let mw know what could go wrong if any control is not accessible. Please give me some hint.
