Problem Bar Color working in SSRS 2000

Hello

I am having issues to setting the bar color.

One - In the data tab where you set point series there is a button that takes you to the GUI that lets you set the bar colors. I don't have this button. How to Fix? I am running version 7.1.6030

Two - In my deployment environment, the bar colors don't come up they stay whatever the palete is set to. Even if I cut and paste the Color settings into the RDL file, the deployment ignores this. How to fix? Is this an IIS\RS 2000 issue?
