Messenger Live Team Please Help! Error - "Message could not be delivered"
I need to submit a ticket to the Microsoft Messenger Team. For some reason the majority of the bots out there are unable to connect to the Microsoft Network. The following message is displayed to the user:
The following message could not be delivered to all recipients:
It seems that on rare occasions people are able to get through. This problem started surfacing around the second week in November. Any help in resolving this problem is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Is there anyone else other than me and Issac having the same problems? Both of us use incesoft sdk.

I am using c# - InceSoft SDK latest version (upgrading hoping the issue would be fixed). This is not just me but a few more who are using incesoft (dont know if other platforms are also experiencing) having the same issues.
We posted on incesoft and got replies that it seems fine on their end. We have sent requests again to incesost, but are desperate to find a solution!!!
Issue: The bots reply with " cannot deliver message...". If the msn account is signed out and signed in using incesoft console, the bot (usually) works for a few minutes, before going dead.
Please let us know if you know of any solutions or atleast the root cause of the issue.

New attempt but results were not successful-
I created 2 new incesoft ids - SP00.... Configured those to work for my bot ids. Got the same issues. Hence switched back to old ids!!
Looks like either the issue is with
1. Microsoft - much unlikely since all other platform bots are working ( is there no one else having issues as mentioned in this thread?)
2. Specific ids - unlikely since the bots did not work with different ids
3. Issue with incesoft platform - not sure, but why is that only me and issac are having problems? ( is there no one else having issues as mentioned in this thread?)
Any help would be appreciated

The issue has been fixed by incesoft. Anyone who had been having issues with incesoft bots "message cannot be delivered" - check incesoft forum and send email as suggested to Lion.

Everything is working perfect now!!! It's so nice having everything back up!
I still have issues getting to your bot and encouragebot. I tried last night and I get the cannot deliver message.
