Can't get to the Live Expo web service

I'm sure I'm just being stupid, but can someone tell me how to get past the credentials popup when trying to create a web reference to the Live Expo service page in Visual Studio.net? The URL I enter for the page is:

http://expo.live.com/API/Classifieds_Listings.asmx

In VS.net, I right-click on references, click "add web reference" and then enter this url into the URL textbox. I eventuall get an authentication window asking for my username, password, and domain to access the given url. What should I enter here?
