im 11 years old and ive made a safe toolbar for kids its called the ja toobar ja stands for jason allso on the toolbar there is a kids safe seach box it does not bring pop ups infact it stops them from appearing all together there is a radio on it weather, kids news ticker, email notifier and much more or yeah the pop up blocker can block anything
