Seems like Popfly automagically figured out that I don't have Silverlight installed. But when I click da button to install it my anti-vious software says it has a virus.Any thoughts?

If you have a website that you are editing using popfly, how do you get another tab on your navigation to lead to another page, within the same webzite without hyperlinking?
I've just started using popfly and installed the explorer (vs 2005 team dev ed). I can connect okay, but do not see my projects (I created one block and one mashup). Is there anything I need to do to make the project available to VS2005? Mike
